What is PelviLates® ?
PelviLates® is a safe and effective pelvic floor muscle exercise (PFME) program to enhance the strength, elasticity, speed and endurance of the pelvic muscles. PelviLates® is designed to strengthen and give voluntary control over the pubococcygeus muscles. With regular exercises we can increase and maintain the strength and flexibility of these muscles. This is important to prevent incontinence and other diseases.
This functional prevention and revitalization program is recommended for every women. The easy to learn exercises help you control these very important muscles. At the end of the 8 hour course, everyone receives a personalized training plan. With the help of this individualized exercise plan you will maintain and even improve results by exercising a few minutes a day. In approximately ten weeks your muscles will get stronger and more controllable.
